The lawyers of Ricciani & Jose have experience in general municipal representation as well as planning and zoning. Danielle Jose-Decker served as Village Attorney for the Village of Monticello, New York, and now serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Lumberland. Jacqueline Ricciani is the Town of Bethel Planning Board Attorney and Zoning Board of Appeals Attorney. Having worked directly for these municipalities, Ms. Jose-Decker and Ms. Ricciani have drafted local laws, prepared findings on land use and property matters, issued opinions on complex municipal issues, guided clients through the SEQRA process and negotiated complex contracts including collective bargaining agreements.
