Jacqueline Ricciani

Jacqueline Ricciani (J.D., cum laude, Pace University School of Law, 1994; M.P.A., Seton Hall University, 1986; B.A., Gettysburg College, 1983) is the head of both our criminal law department and employment law department. As a result of her strong advocacy skills, Ms. Ricciani is a very successful litigator, representing clients in both state and federal courts. Ms. Ricciani previously worked in New York City as a litigation assistant for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Moreover, she honed her exceptional legal writing skills as the Casenote & Comment Editor for Pace Law Review. Much of Ms. Ricciani's prior experience was spent in the health care and insurance industries, where she put her writing skills to good use, drafting policies and procedures concerning compliance with state laws and regulations. Ms. Ricciani has served as president of the Orange County Womens Bar Association. Ms. Ricciani is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
